| Objectives are provided for each of eight cancers. Each
document defines that knowledge and abilities a physician should have to provide clinical
preventive services for one type of cancer. Both the expected abilities of student
physicians and the content for which they may be held accountable are presented in these
eight documents. |

Creation
of Eight types of Competency Assessment Forms |
| An assessment form is provided for each of the eight types
of cancer. The form is a checklist on which the student can record confirmation that
he/she has accomplished the objectives. |
