The CATCHUM Project
has put in place a new registration procedure which will give you
immediate access to The CATCHUM Projects PBL Case
files. Before
you can proceed with the registration process you
are required to read and acknowledge the "Terms
of Use" statement / copyright information and
then
initial this form as a confirmation that you have
read, understood and agree with this statement. All information fields
in the registration form are required! Upon completion, you
will be sent an email confirming your registration.
This email will contain your login information
along with a copy of the
"Terms of Use" statement.
